In January of 2009, the band was invited to perform at Tampa’s FM radio station, WMNF 88.5’s “Latino 54,” hosted by Franco Silva and Yadira.  The show featured original music by the band, but to start the performance, INFINIDAD played the Tito Rodriguez classic “Mama Guela” in tribute to the famous mambo dancer, Pedro “Cuban Pete” Aguilar.  Feature numbers were “Las Mujeres” by Tampa composer, Sonia Celpa, “El Merengue Apura’o” written and arranged by Pedro Bullaudy, a Horace Silver classic “Nica’s Dream” arranged by Pedro Bullaudy, “La Bomba” a composition and arrangement by Jose Rivera, and the closing number, “INFINIDAD (Es La Que Toca).
